Introduction
We have four bedrooms available all en-suite, two being family rooms. In our family rooms we have cots available and we welcome young families.
The Garden Room
On the ground floor we have the Garden Room, a family room that can sleep 5. A cot is available.
Private decking
The Garden Room is a spacious private room with a patio door and small outdoor seating area.
Kitchen
The Garden Room has a fully functioning kitchen and dining area for you to make your own meals.
Dining area
The Garden Room dining area for you to make your own snacks and meals, or just to relax over a morning coffee before your cooked Scottish breakfast.
Fully self-contained
The Garden Room is able to be used as a fully self-contained holiday apartment for weekly or longer rentals.
Scottish Breakfast
A fully satisfying Scottish breakfast is served in the dining area. Alternatives are available so please ask if you have special dietary requirements or simply want a continental breakfast.
Just Relax
While each of our rooms has its own TV and chairs you are also welcome to use our sitting room which has a TV, books and comfortable chairs to sit and relax after your days adventures.

Loch Watten House for bed and breakfast in the far north of Scotland
Summary: We have four bedrooms, two are family rooms, cot available. All rooms are en-suite. Our Garden Room is on the ground floor while our other three bedrooms are on the first floor. Our accommodation is very comfortable and relaxed, and you will always get a warm welcome. In the morning you will be treated to a full Scottish breakfast with lighter and vegetarian options available. There is off-road car parking. We are open for most of the year, and while we are busy in the summer months just give us a call to enquire about last minute availably.
Northern Lights
The aurora borealis can sometimes be seen over the far north of Scotland and Caithness. We can't promise you will see the aurora, if you do you will never forget the experience.

Beautiful sunsets
Our sunsets are wonderful. During the summer months you will experience long days with sunsets happening after 10pm and it is still light until 11pm.
Castle of Mey
The Castle of Mey is open to the public for most of the summer and is well worth a visit.
